BALL HARD SHOOTER'S LAB 

Ball-Hard will take you on a 60-minute journey with our Shooter's Lab product. We are very confident that every attendee will not only improve their shooting form but also gain a better understanding of their 'makes!' Secondary improvements will be seen in their footwork, core, and dealing with fatigue. With the opportunity to put endless amounts of shots up AND get a better understanding of how to make (correct) shots, makes this a MUST ATTEND event. The key to the entire lab series will be: each participant must be able to work independently; take instruction and go with it, while working thru fatigue.

4 WEEK SHOOTING SERIES

EVERY TUESDAY IN FEBRUARY  | 5 PM - MAX OF 16 PARTICIPANTS 

 

EACH LAB WORKOUT IS 60 MINUTES IN DURATION

THIS IS A SERIES (OF 4 CONSECUTIVE WORKOUTS) IT WILL BE EVERY TUESDAY IN FEBRUARY.

EACH LAB WORKOUT WILL HIT ON KEY ELEMENTS OF BEING AN EFFECTIVE SHOOTER AND INCORPORATE A HEAVY SHOT VOLUME DURING THE 60 MINUTES

Session I

Heavy Ball | Big Ball | Regular Ball - HIGH  Volume Shooting; learning HOW to see the ball going thru the basket... consistently!

Session II

Resistance Band Shooting: Heavy Ball | Regular Ball - 4 Different Levels w/ shooting throughout. Footwork & Balanced Shooting In Between Reps. Learning to work thru fatigue while maintaining the same shooting form 

 

Session III

Heavy Ball | Big Ball | Regular Ball - HIGH  Volume Shooting with footwork/core; long reps that will fatigue even the best shooter ---- core shredder!

 

Session IV

GRAND FINALE --- HEAVY shooting gun workout. Quite possibly the hardest workout due to the sheer amount of shots: unique footwork jump shot series; catch and shoot series; fatigue shooting series... good luck!
