2 DAY | 12 HOUR TOTAL | SHOOTER'S LAB CLINIC
Ball-Hard will take you on a 2 day (12 hour) journey with our Shooter's Lab product. Ball-Hard is known for having the most dynamic scorers in the city, for the last 7 years! We are very confident that every attendee will not only improve their shooting form, but also gain a better understanding of their 'makes!'Secondary improvements will be seen in their footwork, core and dealing with fatigue. With the opportunity to put endless amounts of shots up AND get a better understanding of how to make (correct) shots, makes this a MUST ATTEND event. The 2 keys to the entire lab series will be: each participant must be able to work independently; take instruction and go with it! The 2nd key is to WORK thru fatigue and get stronger.

Heavy Ball | Big Ball | Regular Ball - HIGH Volume Shooting; learning HOW to see the ball going thru the basket... consistently! (Catch & Shoot Work)
Resistance Band Shooting: Heavy Ball | Regular Ball - 4 Different Levels w/ shooting throughout. Footwork & Balanced Shooting In Between Reps. Learning to work thru fatigue while maintaining the same shooting form
Heavy Ball | Big Ball | Regular Ball - HIGH Volume Shooting with footwork / core; long reps that will fatigue even the best shooter ---- core shredder! (On The Move)
4 Shooting Guns --- HEAVY shooting gun workout. Quite possibly the hardest workout due to the shear amount of shots: unique footwork jumpshot series; catch and shoot series; fatigue shooting series... good luck!
This will work on your approach to keeping the defense off-balanced. This portion will dive into step-back; snatches; drags; and counter type shooting moves...
AGE 10 - 18 | COED | ALL EQUIPMENT PROVIDED
please bring PLENTY of snacks & drinks (we will take quite a few breaks during the 6 hours)
THIS IS NOT 1 - ON - 1 TRAINING; IT WILL UP TO THE ATTENDEE TO KEEP UP
