AS WE GEAR UP FOR 2025-2026 SEASON, OUR LONG TERM PROGRAMMING CONSIST OF 3 "SEASONS"

 

OFF SEASON: AUGUST SEPTEMBER OCTOBER  $1500 UPFRONT ​

School is back in session, so we have about 12 -15 days in August to get it in prior to the start of school  AND Fall League starts in Late October, so there are pockets to get in the gym as much as you can prior to the season kicking off.. Use your time wisely.

​

* Participants will receive schedules for the week via the remind app; small group workouts OR 1 on 1 's occur on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. . The schedule will be sent out week to week, once again via the remind app.​​​​​

IN SEASON: NOVEMBER DECEMBER JANUARY FEBRUARY  $1800 UPFRONT â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

With the constraints of the basketball season (practice / games) we have adjusted the schedule. School ball,  homework, and just being a kid... we get it! The fact remains that the goal is the goal, college basketball.  The hurdles are just that; something to figure so you can get to  your goals!

* Participants will receive schedules for the week via the remind app; small group workouts OR 1 on 1 's occur on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. . The schedule will be sent out week to week, once again via the remind app.​​​​​

FEBRUARY IS NOW INCLUDED / ROLLED INTO "THE SEASON" FOR FREE... ENJOY!!!!

THE SEASON: MARCH APRIL MAY JUNE JULY & THE REST OF FEB  $2400.00 UPFRONT​

JUNE & JULY - THE SUMMER OF 2024 PLAYERS WERE IN THE GYM AT 10AM, 2PM, & 7PM  4 DAYS A WEEK (12WKS)

HERE IT IS.... the time we have been waiting for. This is where the pretenders meet the the real ones... AAU is similar to school ball in regards to scheduling constraints, but 382 have figured it out and you will as well.
JUNE / JULY - this program is worth it for just these 2 months alone. Players will have an aggressive schedule to make sure that you ready for LIVE PERIODS and any COLLEGE CAMPS / VISITS that you may have.

* Participants will receive schedules for the week via the remind app; small group workouts occur on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Small Group will occur 2 out of the 3 days available. The schedule will be sent out week to week, once again via the remind app.
