THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM
We want to address something directly.
Our payment system has been a point of frustration for both Ball-Hard and our families. Specifically, the lack of clear, parent-controlled disenrollment has created confusion and, in some cases, billing that continued longer than it should have. That is not acceptable, and we apologize.
We have been in direct communication with the ownership team at Jackrabbit, and they are actively addressing our biggest concern:
giving parents direct control and visibility over disenrollment, along with improved alerting so management is immediately notified.
Until this fix is fully implemented, we are taking the following steps:

All automatic draft payments are temporarily paused

For the next 30–60 days, families will manually submit monthly tuition payments

Once the alert and disenrollment controls are live, we will resume standard billing with full confidence in the system
Our goal is simple: to operate with clarity, accountability, and trust — the same standards we demand on the court.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this correction, and we are committed to conducting business in a way that reflects the values of the Ball-Hard community.

CAMP
INFORMATION
The camp is free, but we will be working like we always do... the atmosphere will be LOUD, with lots of energy - plenty of basketball, IQ, information, and bodies moving at a high level. We will cap to the camp at 85... every aspect of the gym will be utilized - we have clean up / out the space so there is plenty of space. Guest coaches and that Ball-Hard feel... nothing like it!
