CENTRAL TEXAS—THIS IS MORE THAN A COMBINE. THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY.
Ball-Hard Player Development is creating a one-of-a-kind platform for incoming 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade boys to compete, showcase their game, receive professional video coverage, and begin building visibility before they reach high school. Too often, young players work hard without having a stage designed specifically for their age group. We are changing that.
Players will compete in a high-energy environment designed to evaluate basketball IQ, skill, athleticism, effort, competitiveness, communication, and the ability to impact winning. Professional videographers will be on hand to capture the action, giving players quality content that highlights their game and growth.
This is the first of four events created to follow the development of Central Texas talent and establish meaningful player rankings based on performance—not popularity, social media followers, or reputation. Every player will have the opportunity to compete, be seen, and earn recognition on the court.
Only 24 players will be accepted to ensure meaningful repetitions, competitive matchups, and individual visibility.

BIG MAN CAMP
WHAT TO EXPECT
ELITE BIG-MAN DEVELOPMENT
This is not a traditional basketball camp. This is four intense hours of position-specific development built for post players, power forwards, centers, and developing bigs who want to become more physical, explosive, skilled, and impactful.
Players will be challenged physically and mentally. They will train with Ball-Hard’s proprietary equipment and specialized development methods designed to create resistance, improve balance, build toughness, increase explosiveness, and prepare players for the physical demands of real competition.
They will be put through the ringer.
REBOUND EVERYTHING
Great rebounders do not wait for the basketball—they pursue it.
Players will learn how to:
• Rebound Outside Their Space — Expand their rebounding area and aggressively pursue basketballs that do not come directly to them.
• High-Point the Basketball — Attack and secure the ball at its highest possible point instead of waiting for it to come down.
• Track the Basketball — Read the flight of the shot, recognize angles, anticipate where misses will go, and react before everyone else.
• Create and Hold Position — Establish contact, use leverage, box out with purpose, and control the space around the basket.
• Rebound Through Contact — Maintain balance, use strong hands, secure the basketball in traffic, and finish the possession.
DUNK EVERYTHING
Big players must learn to play above the rim and finish with force.
Players will be challenged to:
• Develop explosive power around the basket
• Finish quickly without bringing the ball down
• Use proper footwork to create stronger takeoff angles
• Finish off one foot and two feet
• Catch, gather, and explode with fewer wasted movements
• Dunk through fatigue, pressure, resistance, and contact
• Develop the mentality to attack the rim instead of settling for soft finishes
The expectation is simple:
If you can dunk it—DUNK IT.
PROTECT THE RIM
A dominant big changes the game before a shot is ever taken.
Players will learn how to:
• Establish proper defensive positioning
• Protect the paint without unnecessary fouling
• Read drivers and anticipate scoring angles
• Improve help-side awareness and defensive timing
• Contest vertically instead of reaching down
• Block and alter shots while staying disciplined
• Recover quickly for second and third efforts
• Communicate and become the anchor of the defense
RUN THE RIM
Big players who consistently sprint the floor create easy baskets, pressure the defense, and become valuable teammates.
Players will learn how to:
• Sprint the floor with purpose
• Run directly to the front of the rim
• Create early post position
• Seal smaller defenders in transition
• Recognize when to rim run, trail, or create space
• Catch and finish without unnecessary dribbles
• Turn defense and rebounding into immediate offense
🔹 WHY ATTEND?
Too many big players are only told:
“Rebound!”
“Dunk it!”
“Protect the rim!”
“Run the floor!”
But very few are actually taught how to do those things consistently.
This experience is designed to change that.
Players will receive detailed instruction, demanding repetitions, proprietary resistance training, game-specific teaching, and honest feedback designed specifically for the responsibilities of modern bigs.
This is not four hours of standing in lines.
This is not comfortable drill work.
They will rebound.
They will run.
They will protect the rim.
They will finish above it.
They will compete.
They will be pushed.
Enrollment will be capped at only 24 players to maximize repetitions, instruction, competition, individual attention, and meaningful feedback.
Registration includes:
• Elite big-man skill development
• Advanced rebounding instruction
• “Dunk Everything” finishing work
• Rim-protection training
• Rim-running development
• Ball-Hard proprietary training equipment
• Position-specific footwork

This is not about simply being tall. It is about learning how to use your size, length, strength, athleticism, effort, and skill to impact winning.
REBOUND EVERYTHING.
DUNK EVERYTHING.
PROTECT THE RIM.
RUN THE RIM.
WING / SMALL FORWARD CAMP
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is not a traditional basketball camp. This is four intense hours of position-specific development designed for wings and small forwards who want to become complete, dependable, two-way players.
Players will be challenged physically and mentally while learning the skills, habits, reads, and toughness required to become an effective 3-and-D wing.
The modern wing must be able to stretch the floor, defend multiple positions, make quick decisions, rebound outside their area, run in transition, and impact the game without needing the basketball in their hands.
They will be put through the ringer.
KNOCK DOWN SHOTS
A great 3-and-D player must make defenses pay for leaving them open.
Players will learn how to:
• Prepare their feet and hands before the catch
• Improve catch-and-shoot efficiency
• Create consistent shot preparation
• Shoot from the corners, wings, and slots
• Relocate when teammates drive
• Drift, lift, replace, and find open space
• Shoot quickly without rushing
• Make shots while fatigued and under pressure
• Develop confidence without forcing bad shots
The expectation is simple:
BE READY. BE OPEN. KNOCK IT DOWN.
DEFEND EVERYTHING
Great wings take pride in accepting difficult defensive assignments.
Players will learn how to:
• Guard multiple positions
• Defend quick guards and physical forwards
• Improve stance, balance, and lateral movement
• Apply ball pressure without getting beat
• Force offensive players toward help
• Navigate screens and recover
• Close out under control
• Contest shots without fouling
• Defend drives using angles, length, and physicality
• Communicate and become a dependable team defender
Defense is not something you do until you get the ball back. Defense is a skill.
ATTACK THE CLOSEOUT
Being a 3-and-D player does not mean standing in the corner and waiting to shoot.
Players will learn how to:
• Read aggressive and short closeouts
• Make quick decisions off the catch
• Attack immediately without unnecessary dribbles
• Use shot fakes to create driving opportunities
• Finish through contact
• Get to controlled pull-ups and floaters
• Drive to score or create for teammates
• Make the extra pass when the defense rotates
• Play efficiently without overdribbling
Catch it. Read it. Make the right play.
IMPACT THE GAME WITHOUT THE BALL
The best wings do not disappear when they are not scoring.
Players will learn how to:
• Cut with purpose
• Create space for teammates
• Relocate after penetration
• Run the floor and fill transition lanes
• Crash the offensive glass from the perimeter
• Rebound outside their area
• Communicate defensively
• Create deflections and loose-ball opportunities
• Make winning plays that may never appear in the box score
🔹 WHY ATTEND?
Too many wings believe their value is determined only by how many points they score or how many times they touch the basketball.
The modern game demands more.
Coaches need wings who can:
Make open shots.
Defend multiple positions.
Attack closeouts.
Rebound.
Communicate.
Make quick decisions.
Impact winning without dominating the basketball.
This experience is designed to teach players how to become the type of versatile, dependable two-way player that every team needs.
This is not four hours of comfortable shooting drills.
This is not four hours of standing in lines.
They will shoot.
They will defend.
They will run.
They will make decisions.
They will compete.
They will be pushed.
Registration includes:
• Elite wing and small-forward development
• High-volume catch-and-shoot work
• Game-speed shooting under fatigue
• Advanced closeout attacking
• Multi-position defensive training
• Defensive footwork and screen navigation
• Off-ball movement and cutting
• Rebounding from the wing position
• Live competitive play
• Basketball IQ and decision-making
• Real evaluation and honest feedback
This is not about scoring every possession.
It is about becoming a complete wing who can affect the game on both ends of the floor.
