- All the ISD are not quite out for the summer... this is a great opportunity for anyone NEW to Ball-Hard or anyone that wants to put in extra work; this camp normally has 28-35 participants and I know that my "usual suspects" are going to register, so the work will be the work.
OUTWORK CAMP (ALL AROUND) is the kick-off to the 2024 Summer session and it will be rocking!!! Players will be locked into skill & drill work; band / resistance work; shooting guns; and even dabble on the Vertimax machine! We will finish off everyday with gameplay.

A WALKING BUCKET (SHOOTING) - This is all about SHOOTING... players will learn "static" workouts and "dynamic" workouts. This camp is all about finding out what works for you as shooter and what works against you. Players will learn how to shoot the same shot, even when they are fatigued. We will teach the technical aspect, the mechanical aspect, the mental aspect, and the physical aspect as well. quite a few teachable moments will come out of this workout... this sells out because of the cap of 40 players.

This camp covers the core fundamentals of ball-handling, shooting, defense and footwork. Players will TUNE-UP any bad habits and develop an all around balanced game!
